German potato salat:

We need: - specchen potatoes
                    -vinegar or lime pickle cucumbers
                    -salt and pepper
                   -lemon
                   -vegetable broth
                   -onion

How to cook this?

We will boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then we peel off.
Then we will cut them into a slices and pour the broth with onion into.
Before that, we drizzle them with oil, vinegar, lemon and lime of pickle cucumbers.
We served it cold.
